The Storm ep.011

Oct 2, 2022    Matt Peeples

Where is God in the trials we face? How are we supposed to navigate the challenges we face? Can God use even the negative experiences in our life for our good?

These are questions many people ask themselves when they face difficult situations. We all have trials in our lives and we can’t always see how God will use them for good. But the Bible teaches us that he will! It also tells us that God can use even the most negative experiences in our life for our good.

In this message we will dig into Acts 6-8 and the persecution that swept through the early church. In this story we see that God not only walked with his people through this persecution but he used it as a catalyst to see the message of Jesus spread throughout the world.

Through this story we will not only see how God was at work in the trials of the 1st century church but we will actually see how He is at work in our trials and storms. If you are in this midst of a challenging season, or still processing the challenges of the past, this message is for you.
