I’m Matt Peeples, founder of The Kairos Network, and I want to share something alarming yet hopeful with you. Did you know that 7 out of 10 Christians have never been taught how to share their faith? Meanwhile, approximately 4,500 churches close every year across North America.
We understand the challenge many Christians face today: they are deeply passionate about their faith but often feel uncertain about how to share it in ways that connect with an ever-changing culture. The old systems of outreach are no longer as effective, leaving believers feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. But with your support, we can change this.
Through initiatives like The Missionary Pathway, church planter training, and partnerships with existing church plants and districts, we are already seeing lives transformed. Everyday Christians are gaining the confidence to share their faith, existing congregations are learning valuable skills and new church planters are being trained to plant in communities where the Gospel is desperately needed. Now, with your help, we can take this movement even further.

Equip 2,500 Everyday Missionaries by 2027
The Missionary Pathway
- Objective: Build upon our existing Missionary Pathway Training, currently engaging 850 participants, to reach 2,500 individuals equipped to confidently share their faith in everyday spaces by 2027.
- How: Your support will allow us to expand our training capacity, develop additional resources, and engage new trainers. By enhancing the platform and increasing outreach, we can extend this simple, impactful disciple-making process to more believers across North America. This funding will also support digital tools and outreach efforts to make training accessible and scalable, empowering more people to live as everyday missionaries.
- Impact: Your investment will transform lives by equipping 2,500 individuals to share the Gospel in practical and meaningful ways. Each participant will not only grow in their own faith but also bring the hope of Jesus to their communities, creating a ripple effect of Gospel-centered transformation across North America.
Develop 150 New Church Planters
In Partnership with our 25 Church Plant Training Centers
- Objective: Partner with existing church plants and transform them into training centers, equipped to raise up new church planters, everyday missionaries, and missional leaders.
- How: Your investment will provide financial and strategic support to help these churches become hubs for equipping leaders. This includes supporting trainers and resources necessary to develop missional skills. Your support will also allow us to create new resources tailored to the unique contexts of these leaders, extending the reach and effectiveness of our training. Ultimately, these centers will act as catalysts, launching new churches and sending out mission-minded leaders across North America.
- Impact: Your contribution will foster the growth of vibrant, Gospel-centered communities by transforming existing church plants into training centers. These centers will raise up the next generation of 150 church planters and ministry leaders who will plant churches and serve in various communities across North America.
25 New Church Plant Training Centers
Partner with existing church plants
- Objective: Partner with existing church plants and transform them into training centers equipped with everything they need to raise up new church planters, everyday missionaries, and missional ministry leaders.
- How: Your investment will provide financial and strategic support to help these churches become hubs for equipping new leaders by supporting trainers and the resources needed to train these missional leaders in the skills they need to effectively develop missional leaders. Your support will also enable us to partner with these leaders to create new missional resources that can be in their context and beyond. Ultimately these centers will be key catalyst in launching new churches and sending out more mission-minded leaders across North America.
- Impact: Your support will foster the growth of vibrant, Gospel-centered communities by transforming existing church plants into training centers that can equip the next generation of leaders to plant churches and serve in various ministries across North America.
Expand Our Team and Training Resources
Collaborating with Existing Missional Leaders
- Objective: Grow The Kairos Network team by connecting with and supporting mission-minded individuals who are already doing impactful work in their communities.
- How: Your contribution will empower individuals and organizations already engaged in meaningful mission work to expand their reach. You’ll help provide the tools, resources, and platforms they need to share their methods with others, enabling them to multiply their impact.
- Impact: Currently our resources are serving 1,500 everyday missionaries, ministry leaders, and church planters. By helping us expand our team, you’ll be supporting mission-driven leaders who will mentor and equip others to make a lasting difference in their communities, and expand our ability to support and develop 5,000 more missinoal leaders in the next several years . Your support will create a ripple effect of Gospel-centered transformation across North America.
