My name is Ted. I've been a pastor for almost 16 years. I grew up in the Christian faith and was taught what to believe but never why I should believe it.  I fell away from the faith in high school and spent 7 years far from Christ living in every type of disfunction and sin.  When Christ woke me from my slumber and called me home from my wandering, I had a deep passion to reach the people like I once was, to reach the people who were broken, lost, lonely, confused, and even confident in their dismissals of Christ.  I've tried to create church communities where people can come, no matter what they did the night before or what they believed when they walked through the door - where they'd be accepted, loved, and have a safe place to learn about God's love, and to learn to walk in His ways.  Through interaction and dialogue in the sermon our people are part of the discovery process of God's truth and love.  We do this to train them in how to have spiritual conversations and then we seek to give them opportunities to live out what they learn.
