PRAYER & FASTING
Developing a new skill requires practice! 
Complete the following assignments and be prepared to share them with your trainer.
✓  Try each of the three methods of prayer we walked through.  What method helped you feel the most focused in your time of prayer?  How did you feel after each prayer session?

✓  Commit to a 48 hour fast.  You can fast from food, technology, social media, etc.  Find something to intentionally fast from that will pull your focus to God and the work God is calling you into.

✓  Journal about your fasting experience.
