◦ Use the Leadership and the One Minute Manager Summary to teach your leadership team or staff the concepts of developmental levels and leadership styles. Get each person to give you feedback on where they feel they are developmentally in each of their areas of responsibility. Ask them how you can best serve them in your leadership style in those areas.
